These terms govern your use of the Flexivent website and our ventilation installation services.

Services

Flexivent provides domestic ventilation design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services. All work is carried out by NICEIC-trained engineers in accordance with Building Regulations Part F and Part L.

Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to a site survey confirming the scope of work.

Payment

A deposit may be required prior to commencement of work. The balance is payable on completion of installation and commissioning.

Warranty

All installations carry a workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment as per the supplier terms. Regular maintenance is required to maintain warranty validity.

Limitation of Liability

Flexivent Ltd liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not responsible for pre-existing building defects or issues arising from alterations made after installation.
